The Sling Post service (hereinafter: "the Service") is offered subject to these terms. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Service Description
The Service enables the creation of social media texts based on input provided by the user, using external models (such as artificial intelligence providers).
2. Account and Security
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activity conducted under their account.
3. Acceptable Use
It is prohibited to use the Service to create illegal, harmful, defamatory content or content that infringes on the rights of third parties. Responsibility for the final content and its publication rests solely with the user.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Charges are made according to the plan selected at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may be cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
Rights in output generated based on the user's input — to the extent permitted by law and by the terms of third-party providers — shall be attributed to the user as applicable. Rights in the platform, design, and code are retained by the Service operator.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". There is no guarantee of continuous availability or any specific outcome. No indirect or consequential damages shall be compensated, subject to applicable law.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction shall be in Jerusalem (may be updated based on actual business location after legal consultation).

- Payment information: Full payment details are not stored by us — payment processing is handled by an external payment provider (e.g., Paddle). This provider acts as a separate data controller for payment information.
3. Processing Purposes and Legal Bases
- Providing the Service and fulfilling the agreement with the user (contract performance / pre-contractual steps).
- Improving the Service, information security, fraud prevention (legitimate interest, and where necessary, legal obligation).
- Direct marketing — only if explicit consent has been given as required by law, with the option to opt out at any time.
- Compliance with regulatory requirements, taxes, and lawful information orders (legal obligation).
4. Sharing Information with Third Parties
We use service providers for the operation of the Service, subject to agreements and confidentiality obligations. These include:
- AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) for processing the text you submit and generating content.
- Automation / Webhook providers (e.g., Make) for routing requests through the processing pipeline.
- Payment provider (e.g., Paddle) for managing billing.
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, email, analytics) as needed.
5. International Transfers
Information may be stored or transferred to countries outside of Israel, to the extent that service providers are located there. Transfers shall be made in compliance with the law, including imposing appropriate obligations on data recipients (e.g., standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions) as required.

We retain information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, as well as for additional periods as required by law, authority order, or proven legitimate interest (e.g., defense against legal claims). Content you submit for processing may be retained by third-party providers according to their policies — it is recommended not to enter sensitive or identifying information that is not required for the Service.

We implement reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no security on the internet is absolute, and caution should be exercised when transmitting information.

The Service is based on statistical models. There is no intention to make legal or other significant decisions solely on the basis of automated processing without human involvement, subject to exceptions under the law.
12. Changes to This Policy
Updates may be made from time to time. Material changes will be published on the website, and where required, additional notice will be provided as required by law.

We strive to make the website and service accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Accessibility Regulations (Accessibility of Services), 5773-2013, as amended from time to time, and in accordance with Israeli Standard SI 5568 at AA level for web content accessibility, based on WCAG 2.0 guidelines.

Accessibility adjustments have been made to the website, including heading structure, alternative text where required, enhanced contrast in legal documents, keyboard navigation and visible focus for interactive elements, and partial support for assistive technologies. Cancellation and Refund Policy
14-Day Refund Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any purchase if the Service did not meet your expectations — no questions asked. Please email support@sling-post.com with your account details.
Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through account settings (or as instructed after purchase). Access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund will be given for unused portions, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exceptions
No refund will be given after 14 days from the purchase date, or when an account has violated the Terms of Use.
Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
