These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sling Post (the "Service"), operated by Sling Post Ltd., a company registered in Israel. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Sling Post is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps users create, schedule, and publish social media content. The Service uses third-party AI models to generate text and images based on user inputs.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Sling Post. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the email address provided.
You agree not to use Sling Post to:
Credits are required for AI generations. Free accounts receive 3 credits per month. Paid plans provide a higher monthly allowance. One-time credit packs do not expire. Subscription credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over.
You retain ownership of content you input. AI-generated outputs are provided to you for your use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. Sling Post retains ownership of the platform, interface, and technology.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all AI outputs before publishing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sling Post's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Profile → Credits & Plan page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to all paid features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with Sling Post within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us at support@sling-post.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to cancel a subscription within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. Our 30-day policy is more generous than the statutory minimum.
Sling Post is committed to making our platform accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and its regulations (IS 5568).
Some third-party embedded content (social platform previews) may not fully meet accessibility standards. We are working with vendors to improve this. The AI image generation results may not always have auto-generated alt text — we provide a manual alt text field for all uploaded media.
